Job Summary STG Communications is seeking an experienced, results-driven Telecommunications Project Manager to lead construction projects from bid through closeout. This role requires prior experience managing telecom or construction projects, with direct responsibility for budgets, schedules, safety, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning project outcomes, including financial performance, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where strong leadership, communication, and decision-making are essential. Key Responsibilities Lead all project phases from bid through closeout, ensuring profitability and efficiency. Manage financials, including job costing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Support sales efforts and seek new business opportunities in coordination with leadership. Promote a positive culture and provide leadership that motivates cross-functional teams. Ensure all job sites meet company and regulatory safety standards; oversee safety audits as needed. Research and implement improved construction methods, tools, and technologies. Track and update project progress using tools such as Pathwave, Microsoft Office Suite, Foundation, and Paylocity. Maintain strong communication with customers, municipalities, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Requirements Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in telecommunications or construction. Demonstrated leadership experience working with field crews and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management or construction software. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working with minimal oversight.
