We are conveniently located and provide collection services to a broad range of Canadian corporations. Our clients include many of Canada’s largest banks, leasing companies, utilities and government sectors that have come to rely on ACRM for proven results and assistance in managing their portfolios by controlling delinquency and increasing recoveries.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in collections with emphasis on Secured Financing (NOSI), Sales Contracts and Automotive - Conditional Sales Contracts.
• Locate and contact consumers regarding overdue accounts
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, analytical skills and ability to focus on task-on-hand
• Ability to resolve and communicate problems and resolutions Requirements:
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent work ethic: punctual, reliable, positive ability to work with targets and deadlines Assertive and effective negotiator
• Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Perfect command of the English Language
• Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge and adapt to changes
• We will only retain candidates that can qualify for a collection license in all Provinces and Territories.
