CSM Flooring Needs More Experienced Tile Installers! Set your own schedule (1099) Competitive pay (builder and retail), paid weekly Work close by (Triad/Greensboro) What we are looking for: Experience: You know tile inside and out (marble, porcelain, and more) Skills: You can use all the tools of the trade safely Safety First: You understand basic safety measures Construction Know-How: You understand general construction Detail-Oriented: You're organized and pay attention to the little things Problem Solver: You can think on your feet and handle stress Multitasker: You can juggle multiple projects Tech Use: You can use apps on your phone Blueprint Reader: You can understand layouts and plans Math Skills: You have basic math knowledge Daily Tasks: Follow instructions and install/repair tile the right way Finish projects on time and to a high standard Have the right tools for the job Keep your work area clean and safe Work with the sales and design team to give the customer what they want Work with the install team to keep things on schedule Turn in paperwork and send photos before/during/after for our files Must-Haves: At least 2-years tile experience (floors, walls, showers, and more) Liability insurance and a Certificate of Insurance (COI) Valid driver’s license Come complete an application and show us photos of your past work Spanish speaking is a plus About Us: In business since 1977, CSM Flooring aims to be the service leader in all things flooring and tile in central and coastal North Carolina.
