You’ll travel as part of one of our regional divisions – East Coast, West Coast, or Southwest – to support projects with a respected, professional team completing full repipe and plumbing system placement projects while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and safety. The Experienced Traveling Plumber role requires the demonstrated ability to work carefully, communicate effectively, follow safety protocols, and maintain a professional appearance. This role is intended to be a full-time hourly position, based in one of our regional divisions at the job site, reports to the Project Lead, and works closely with the rest of the onsite team. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Install and replace piping systems in accordance with UPC code standards Support or lead plumbing crews depending on experience Apply technical knowledge to train and guide less experienced team members Communicate clearly with project managers, crew leads, and team members Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient worksite Follow company safety procedures and quality standards Foster productive working relationships with coworkers, subcontractors, and clients (This job posting is not intended as a complete list of activities, duties, or responsibilities for this position.) Key Requirements: Experienced plumber with strong DWV plumbing background, Journeyman License preferred but not required Proven ability to read and interpret plumbing layouts and specifications Strong work ethic and team-first attitude Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Able to life and carry 50-100 lbs. regularly and work on your feet throughout the day Must provide basic hand tools Must be 18+ years old, authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass a background check and drug screening Reliable transportation to and from job sites Willingness to travel as needed to different project locations Salary Range: $35 - $50 per hour based upon experience and qualifications Ready to be considered for this amazing opportunity at SageWater?
