EXPERIENCED COMPOSITE TRIMMER – DAY AND TWILIGHT SHIFT

We have opportunities for experienced trimmers to join our company at our Wellingborough site. We work to the highest standards and our Trim team are a critical part of managing this and supporting the production areas. We are looking for Laminators to work our twilight shift.
The twilight shift, working Monday to Thursday. Core hours are 4:30pm to 3:00am. We offer competitive rates of pay, plus a 20% night-shift premium, company pension, 19 days holiday plus the bank holidays, private healthcare and the opportunity for overtime during peak periods.

• Trim, bond and assemble carbon fibre components utilizing engineering drawings and build manuals.
• Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Has the ability to read engineering drawings would be an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent accuracy level.
• Constant aware of health and safety.
• Good verbal communication and listening skills.
