About the Role: This position is responsible for preparing loads and safely loading Capral’s products onto trucks. The role requires full accountability for personal safety and well-being, with a strong focus on minimizing risks. You will contribute to fostering a positive, supportive work culture by collaborating constructively with colleagues and actively participating in continuous improvement efforts.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely and efficiently operate the overhead crane and forklift to load customer products onto trucks, following site procedures and ensuring optimal loading for local and interstate deliveries.
• Prepare loads according to site protocols, ensuring all products are securely packed and ready for transport.
• Take full accountability for personal safety and well-being, adhering to all safety standards and practices. Foster a culture of risk minimisation by proactively identifying and addressing potential hazards.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to promote a supportive, team-oriented work environment, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
