The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tyre fitting, wheel balancing, and alignment services, with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in tyre fitting and wheel balancing
• Strong knowledge of tyre types, pressure ratings, and fitting techniques
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy workshop
• Strong communication and customer service skills

  Pay: £28,000.00-£32,500.00 per year

• Fit and balance tyres for a wide range of vehicles, including cars, vans, and light commercial vehicles
• Operate advanced equipment such as the Hunter Road Force® balancer and alignment systems
• Inspect tyres and wheels for wear, damage, and safety compliance
• Perform puncture repairs and valve replacements
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide professional, friendly service to customers and communicate clearly about tyre issues and solutions
• Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
• Perform tyre installations, rotations, and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
