We don’t flood the floor. We have an existing customer list to provide to you to start. We provide training support. We have a strong F&I team. We have a great parts and service team to support our customers. WE HAVE INVENTORY! We like to take care of customers and love to win!
We provide a base salary, per vehicle commissions, bonuses for volume and gross, F&I spiffs, and a solid benefits program and pension following a probationary period. There is always a chance for advancement.
