• Duties
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a prompt and efficient manner
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
• Prepare bills and process payments accurately
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Follow all food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
  Qualifications
• Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food safety practices and basic culinary skills is a plus
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
• Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, kitchen staff, and management
