The Arsonist is an award-winning open fire kitchen in Manly on Brisbane’s bayside. It boats an extensive and interesting wine list, as well as a 100+ whiskey menu. It has a small team of professionals whose passion for food and beverage surpasses many teams in the area, and indeed, in Brisbane. The venue operates dinner Wednesday to Sunday, and lunch Friday to Sunday.

An exciting career opportunity exists for experienced waiters who have worked in high-end restaurants previously and has a bubbly personality and a professional outlook.

We have a full-time, part-time and casual position available. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• First-rate food and wine knowledge
• Intermediate cocktail knowledge
