JOB SUMMARY

RIBA Restaurant Stillorgan is looking for a part-time server to join the team. RIBA is an award winning neighbourhood restaurant, serving Lunch and Dinner. The ideal candidate will:
* Have an interest in people and offering genuine customer service to our regular clientele;
* Be capable of managing a section and serving to set standards;
* Have an interest and knowledge about food, in particular Italian food;
* Have an interest and knowledge of wines and beers;
* Be flexible and understanding of the scheduling needs of a busy restaurant;
* Be available weekends;
* Be sound and a team player.
