REQUIREMENTS

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with hospitality practices.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables during busy periods.
• Experience in guest services with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively, enhancing the dining experience for guests.
• Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation and service.
• Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed, including food preparation and cleaning duties.
