  • Ability to upsell menu items effectively, enhancing the dining experience for guests.
  • Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation and service.
  • Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed, including food preparation and cleaning duties.
