Job Description:
We are a Mediterranean restaurant known for our fresh, homemade dishes, warm atmosphere, and outstanding service. We are looking for a professional and friendly waiter/waitress with experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting to join our front-of-house team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and drinks service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, positive attitude
• Provide excellent table service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar
• Offer recommendations from the menu, including specials and wine pairings
• Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally
• Assist in setting up and closing the dining area
• Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable workspace
