Carlotta’s menu encourages shared feasting across an ever-evolving selection of antipasti, handmade pasta, and meat and seafood cooked over coals, with a custom-made wood oven from Naples taking pride of place in the kitchen.

We are looking for the industry’s finest section waitstaff to join our team. Deliver best-in-class service and unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Casual positions available.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• At least 1 year experience working as a Section Waitstaff
• Experience in a premium a-la-carte restaurant is highly regarded
• Can demonstrate a 3-plate carry is advantageous
• Exceptional service skills and guest focus
• Adaptable and have a “can do” attitude
• Excellent communication and presentation
• Friendly, approachable demeanour and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and learn on-the-fly
• Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Valid RSA Certificate
