Looking for Experienced Waitstaff, Hosts, and runners to join our growing team. Opportunities available across all LUCAS restaurants.

• Must be available to attend Recruitment Day on the 9th of September
• Recruitment Day Sessions are 10am to 12pm, or 2pm to 4pm
• Full-time and casual opportunities available

• Skills assessment

We are looking for people who have:

• Experience as a section waitstaff in an a la carte restaurant
• Premium service experience is highly regarded
• Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
• Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
• Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
• Must have or able to obtain a Victorian RSA certificate
