About Tombo Den:
Tombo Den is a moody, two-level homage to late-night Tokyo, set in the buzzing and eclectic heart of Chapel Street, Windsor. Helmed by Head Chef Dan Chan, the restaurant and sake bar’s offering of small plates delivers a playful, yet considered nod to the Japanese street food classics, with a centrepiece sushi counter and plenty of hero produce cooked over coals.
About the Opportunity:
We are looking for the industry’s best Waitstaff and Runners to join our team and deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• At least 1 year experience working as a Waitstaff, Runner
• Experience in a high-volume, a-la-carte restaurant is highly regarded
• Can demonstrate a 3-plate carry
• Exceptional service skills and guest focus
• Adaptable and have a “can do” attitude
• Excellent communication and presentation
• Friendly and approachable demeanour
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and learn on the fly

Requirements:

• Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Victorian RSA Certificate
