Are you an experienced Warehouse Agent with more than 10 years of hands‑on experience in fast‑paced air cargo and logistics operations? Reward and Package Base Salary: £45,016.35 per annum inclusive of shift allowance Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Shift Pattern: Rotating 8-hour shifts on a 4 on 2 off basis, covering a mixture of early, days and evenings. Place and retrieve freight in and from designated storage areas, ensuring proper organization and accessibility. Build cargo onto aircraft units according to airline specifications, prioritising safety and adherence to guidelines. Complete documentation accurately to record details and movement of freight, mail, and equipment, maintaining meticulous records. Conduct necessary checks on imports and exports to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements, including security and regulatory protocols. Record and process cargo documents using handheld technology. Work as part of a team to tight deadlines. To be successful in this role you will need:- Excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal communication to effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and external stakeholders. Valid driver’s license, demonstrating the ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly. Forklift experience is preferred, as it will be advantageous for handling cargo efficiently. Proficiency in manual handling of heavy goods, showcasing physical strength and capability to lift and move items as required. Flexibility to work shifts, including 8 hours shift patterns (4 on and 2 off).
