We’re seeking someone with a passion for technical excellence and who is looking to further develop their experience in delivering multi-disciplinary projects in a global organisation. The Water Infrastructure group provides services to a range of internal and external clients with a key focus on supporting sustainable outcomes for our clients and the communities they serve. How you’ll make a difference Lead the delivery of complex water and wastewater treatment projects across ANZ Develop and implement innovative process engineering solutions, with a focus on advanced technologies and sustainable outcomes Provide technical leadership, solving complex challenges and guiding best-practice design approaches Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored, high-value solutions Support business growth by contributing to proposals, winning work, and expanding our project portfolio Mentor and develop junior engineers, building team capability and fostering a culture of learning and innovation. Qualifications The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes, you could still be a perfect fit for this role. The qualities that help you thrive Engineering degree (essential); CPEng and/or RPEQ/RPEV highly regarded Strong experience in wastewater treatment at a senior/technical leadership level Deep knowledge of treatment processes, plant design, and ANZ regulations Experience across the full asset lifecycle Well-connected in the Australian water industry Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process engineering skills Excellent communicator with a client-focused, people-first approach Able to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
