EXPERIENCED WATER HYGIENE ENGINEER

Urban Environments Ltd is a rapidly growing Water Hygiene Consultancy and due to their success has several exciting opportunities to join the team in London - Covering areas such as South, East, West & Central London, Essex and Hertfordshire
The Water Hygiene Technician will be required visit various properties/buildings to monitor hot and cold water systems therefore a clean FULL UK Driving Licence is essential. Work will be scheduled across a range of properties including social and sheltered housing, hospitals, care homes and public buildings. A knowledge of water hygiene is preferable although full training will be given to the right candidate.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous water hygiene experience required
• Experience in conducting microbiological sampling preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner
• Able to work to own initiative as well as in a team

REQUIREMENTS

• FULL UK Driving licence
• To undergo Enhanced DBS check as part of Company’s terms of employment

• Temperature taking and monitoring of hot and cold-water systems
• Microbiological samples for analysis
• Cold water tank inspections / surveys
• Carrying our Water Hygiene Risk Assessments
