• Serving Experience: 2+ year (Required)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
• Barista Experience 1+ year (Asset)
• Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, team-focused, and commitment to going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service
• Willingness to learn
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with OpenTable is an asset
• Experience with Square Restaurant system an asset
• Knowledge of different Coffee drinks
• Willing to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends

Duties:

• Greeting and seating customers
• Taking, confirming orders, and relaying to the kitchen
• Serving food and beverages
• Cleaning, and resetting tables
• Placing to-go orders
• Preparing bill and processing payment
• Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes
• Setting up and tearing down for Private Events
