        Responsibilities

        WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

Our systems only work if they’re built right. As a Welder/Fabricator, you’ll ensure that all fabricated assemblies meet spec, withstand pressure, and hold up in the field. This critical shop-floor work directly supports system performance, safety, and scalability.

        WHAT YOU’LL DO

        • Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, Inconel, and other metal components using GTAW/TIG and GMAW/MIG processes
        • Fit-up and fabricate pipe, tubing, and assemblies per drawings and tolerances
        • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and process specs
        • Prep materials—cutting, beveling, and cleaning to ensure proper fit and weld integrity
        • Operate standard fab shop tools: saws, grinders, drills, fixtures
        • Maintain shop safety, cleanliness, and documentation
        • Assist with job staging, material handling, and movement of parts using forklift/mobile equipment
        • Provide feedback on design for manufacturability and propose process improvements
        • Support a wide range of business needs beyond fabrication, assisting cross-functional teams with prototyping, assembly, testing, and general operations as required to meet project and organizational goals.
        • Communicate clearly and proactively with team members, engineers, and leadership to share progress, flag issues early, provide solutions, and keep projects moving efficiently.
        • Demonstrate flexibility to support extended work hours or workweeks as needed to meet critical project deadlines or business priorities.
        • Support and mentor junior fabricators; be a go-to technical resource
