KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Proven installation experience with windows, doors, verandas, carports, glass rooms, sunrooms, and roofline products.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and specifications.
• Physically fit for manual handling and working at height.
• Valid UK driving licence preferred.

ROLE PURPOSE

The fitter is a key member of Radbury Double Glazing’s installation team, responsible for fitting our full range of products — including windows, doors, verandas, carports, glass rooms, sunrooms, roofline, and specialist glazing — to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role requires technical skill, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
