As an Experienced Wok Cook, you will: Shift: 5:00pm - 1:30am | Pay: $21.00 per hour Prepares food items as directed, ensuring each order sent out is uniform and consistent. Prepares food, including hot entrees for our Asian dishes, to specification in an accurate and timely manner to provide guests with a quality product. Controls food production to include proper cooking methods, cooking time and temperature, ensuring sanitation, handling and storage of prepared food and Prepares leftovers. Demonstrates competent product knowledge by correct storing and handling of all perishables, maintaining quality, security, value and integrity. Oversees proper care, storage, use and cleaning of all tools and equipment. Effectively communicates with other team members, including service and kitchen maintenance personnel. Maintains assigned station in a clean and sanitary condition in accordance with department service standards and job functions. BRING US YOUR BEST. Applicant must be at least 21 years of age. Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in high volume food service operation/preparation is preferred (Asian Cuisine preferred). Must have excellent customer service/communication skills. Must have knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment. Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time and/or entire shift. Be able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust. STAY IN THE GAME.
