We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various types of heavy machinery and equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operations on-site. SKILLS

• Proficient in heavy equipment operation with experience in bulldozing, loader operation, and crane handling.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on farm machinery and heavy equipment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail for safe operation of machinery.
• Valid commercial driving license is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain one is essential.
• Previous experience in construction or agricultural settings is advantageous.

• Monday to Friday

• Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, cranes, and loaders for various construction and agricultural tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Dig trenches, foundations, or other excavations as required for construction projects.
• Collaborate with team members to build structures and complete projects efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment to minimize risks and hazards.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any malfunctions or issues promptly.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed, demonstrating effective commercial driving skills.
