Experiential Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design experiential graphics, signage, and wayfinding solutions for various environments.
- Develop comprehensive design documentation and implementation plans throughout all project phases, from Discovery to Construction Administration.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, maintaining clear communication regarding design intent and needs with clients and stakeholders.
- Create graphics for print campaigns, encompassing brand marks, style guides, social media, and advertising materials.
- Stay informed on materials and techniques, applying knowledge of architectural scales and wayfinding principles to enhance project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in graphic design, experiential graphic design, illustration, or a comparable field preferred.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in experiential graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3-D visualization software (Enscape, Rhino, 3D Max, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with basic web design principles and coding experience is a plus; 3-D BIM modeling (Revit) experience is also advantageous.
Note: Submittal of a digital design portfolio and resume is required, showcasing applicable post-graduate work experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
