POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Experiential Manager to join our Marketing Department. This role is pivotal in orchestrating both internal events and XTEL’s participation in industry events worldwide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of event logistics, at a global level, to ensure seamless operations and impactful experiences that align with XTEL’s brand and business objectives. A key component of this role is to create memorable and valuable attendee experiences, ensuring every participant receives exceptional engagement and value throughout each event journey.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in event management and logistics coordination, preferably within the technology sector, across multiple countries.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent internal and external communication and negotiation skills.
• Great attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Creativity and a track record of enhancing attendee experience is a significant plus.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
