  • Gaining insight into the Marketing department’s daily operations
  • Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of key experiential marketing initiatives such as Product Launches, Driving Events, and Lighthouse projects
  • Assisting with the preparation and logistical coordination for conferences, including venue research, guestlist management, RSVP tracking, and updating internal planning decks
  • Providing on-site event support during setup, rehearsals, guest management, and post-event dismantling
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as Sales and PR, as well as external agencies and partners, to help deliver high-impact brand experiences
  • Assisting with customs clearance coordination for incoming event-related shipments
  • Maintaining the Experiential Marketing storeroom and overseeing inventory updates
  • Updating and managing the Importer Activity Overview report, capturing events and activations across the Importer network using Think Cell
  • Supporting administrative processes including purchase requisition creation and tracking via SAP
  • From time to time, you will be required to step in and cover our HQ reception desk

  • Excellent oral and written English language skills
  • Advanced MS Office Skills (Power Point, Word, Excel)

Marketing Department Overview:
At Porsche, the Marketing department consists of four key pillars: Communications, Digital, Experiential & Product. The department’s main responsibilities are driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales through localized campaigns, events, and digital strategies. This internship will specifically be part of the Experiential team; their primary responsibilities are planning and delivering immersive brand experiences through events such as product launches, driving experiences, and flagship initiatives.
