DESCRIPTION

The Worldwide Commercial Marketing team creates both virtual and in person brand experiences to support the Apple Ads Sales team that are as thoughtful, inspiring, and high-performing as the technology they support. Our goal is to bring the Apple Ads ecosystem to life through bold, strategic, and creatively ambitious experiential programs. From industry events to bespoke advertiser engagements, our work brings our advertising solutions to life in ways that feel human, relevant, and uniquely Apple. We’re looking for a B2B Experiential Marketing Specialist to help shape and deliver how Apple Ads engages with advertisers across the EMEA region. You’ll report into the Experiential Marketing Lead based in Austin, and work in close collaboration with cross-functional partners across all markets. Key Responsibilities: * Support the development and execution of experiential programs for Apple Ads across EMEA * Lead logistics, vendor management, run-of-show development, and onsite execution for in-market events * Collaborate closely with global marketing, sales, brand marketing and product marketing teams to align experiential programs with business priorities * Contribute to creative development, briefing agency partners and internal teams with clarity and purpose * Support the evaluation and measurement of experiential efforts-gather insights, track success metrics, and recommend improvements * Manage timelines, budgets, contracts, and internal comms with precision and care * Be a cultural translator-ensuring Apple Ads shows up consistently across markets while allowing for local nuance and innovation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Significant demonstrable experience in event marketing, experiential production, or B2B brand experience, ideally within tech, media, or creative industries
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end planning and execution of integrated events-ranging from global activations and thought leadership forums to bespoke client experiences
  • Experience developing and executing events that support commercial outcomes, from lead gen to relationship management and sales enablement
  • Strong operational skillset-able to manage timelines, budgets, vendors, contracts, and logistics with precision
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities across programs and regions
  • Confident collaborating across cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, creative, product, and legal
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building within evolving systems, tools, and workflows
  • Deep appreciation for storytelling, craft, and high-touch experiences that connect on a human level and reflect Apple’s brand standards
  • Experience in working across time zones and geographies; cultural sensitivity and adaptability are a must
  • Willingness and ability to travel to support key events and on-site delivery

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in B2B or tech event marketing, ideally within global or high-performing teams
  • Deep understanding of world-class event production standards and execution
  • Skilled in writing briefs, building presentations, and managing agency partners
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities across multiple workstreams
  • Collaborative, solutions-focused, and adaptable in fast-moving environments
