Responsibilities

You’ll primarily work alongside our case (engagement) teams in a client-serving role, responsibilities including:

  • Lead a work-stream and direct team resources accountable for a subset of the engagement answer and deliverables, specifically around GTM capabilities, market opportunity and segmentation, coverage model, sales plays, salesforce management, sales operations and frontline coaching
  • Work in an active advisory capacity alongside teams in multiple client engagements, building relationships with client sales and operations leadership as peers
  • Identify, validate and prioritize potential client development opportunities
  • Attend/lead client updates and presentations highlighting your expertise and experience
  • Develop repeatable solutions to drive transformations with clients and productize Bain’s offering
  • Support teams with the engagement of prospective clients and help build our commercial plan to increase our competitiveness by bringing differentiated expertise and capability, including to diagnostics to quickly assess the value at stake
  • Support the selling team with demand generation where applicable
