The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Full-Stack development, ETL Process, Data Analysis, good techno-functional aptitude, along with strong problem-solving and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) skills and experience managing large volumes of datasets and databases. What does Expert Billing and Assurance (Software Engineer) do? · Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, .NET, and Full-Stack frameworks. · Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for structured and unstructured data processing. · Implement and manage Big Data solutions using Hadoop, Hive, and related ecosystem tools. · Analyze large datasets to generate insights, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and resolve complex issues. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver end-to-end implementations. · Automate recurring workflows with jobs, scripts, and scheduling tools. · Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of applications and data pipelines. · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Telecom, or related field. · Strong expertise in Java, .NET, and Full-Stack (front-end + back-end) development and shell/bash scripts. · Proven experience with Hadoop, Hive, and data processing frameworks. · Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and workflow orchestration. · Strong command of SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server) with advanced query optimization, indexing, and partitioning techniques. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and RCA expertise with a proactive "can-do" attitude. · Ability to work effectively on both Windows and Linux platforms.
