Job Description We are looking for an Expert Business Process Consultant to lead strategic process transformation initiatives in global life sciences programs. This senior role acts as a trusted advisor, aligning business goals with digital solutions and ensuring successful collaboration between enterprise and technical teams. What You Will Be Doing: Drive end-to-end business process design across multiple domains and geographies. Advise executive stakeholders on process optimization and digital enablement strategies. Define enterprise-wide process standards, governance models, and best practices. Lead complex gap analyses and design scalable, future-proof business solutions. Act as a solution architect for cross-functional integration and change initiatives. Coach internal teams and client stakeholders to build process maturity and readiness. Qualifications Minimum 7–10+ years of experience in business process consulting, with leadership roles in digital transformation. Deep functional knowledge of SAP or other major enterprise platforms. Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and influence decisions. Proficiency in business process tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, etc.).
