Join us and help drive the transformation of the automotive world. Job Description Manage day-to-day customer service activities for assigned accounts. Coordinate daily operations between ADC, customers, LEONI production plants, and third-party logistics providers. Process and analyze customer orders in ERP, ensuring alignment with contracts, capacity, and flexibility agreements. Monitor finished goods availability and initiate emergency actions when required. Ensure inventory accuracy, support cycle counts/stock takes, and manage excess finished goods reduction. Track KPIs and customer satisfaction, coordinating corrective actions in case of deviations. Manage demand planning for NAFTA customers in SAP IBP and support commercial topics (recharges, obsolete materials, freight, services). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain (manufacturing preferred). Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and demand planning tools. Knowledge of inventory control and order management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
