As an Expert Data Analyst, you won’t just report on metrics—you’ll shape product strategy, influence game design and lead innovation. You’ll work with developers, designers, researchers, and product leaders to uncover meaningful insights into player behaviour and quality signals, ensuring our games resonate with players around the world. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work remotely or on-site, depending on project needs. You’ll be part of a passionate, collaborative team that values curiosity, creativity, and impact. Responsibilities
  • Lead the analytical strategy for important game features and player experience projects, aligning insights with product vision and team goals.
  • Design and implement advanced frameworks to evaluate player behaviour, feedback systems, and quality metrics across multiple titles.
  • Mentor analysts across the team, promoting excellence in data storytelling, experimentation, and visualisation.
  • Partner with game teams, UX researchers, and product managers to translate insights into relevant decisions.
  • Build scalable data pipelines and dashboards that support real-time decision-making and long-term planning.
  • Champion data quality, governance, and ethical use of player data across all analytics efforts.
