THE POSITION

As a Demo Principal you will be accountable for demonstrations relating to the Intelligent Automation domain. You will set the strategy and direction of the demonstration stories and the build efforts.
This position requires a unique skillset and a unique mindset. The Demo Principal needs to understand technically, with hands-on experience, the full Pega landscape of technologies and be able to work directly and effectively on low-level technical matters right through to providing strategic thought leadership and future vision with senior stakeholders.
The Demo Principal must work and think globally and interact with teams around the world across multiple industries and take into consideration differences and circumstances relevant to different markets.
The Demo Principal role requires a thought leader capable of translating new capabilities into memorable stories and showcase demonstrations to prove how Pega uniquely address customers needs. You will need to have technical prowess and a strong understanding of Pega’s Platform and Customer Service technologies and unique selling points to integrate intelligence from Customer Decision Hub into these channels.
The Demo Principal must also think outside of traditional software demonstrations and instead think toward product experiences, getting our software into the hands of the customer and consider each presentation to be an event whether to a single person or larger group.

Responsibilities
  • Act globally, taking into consideration new trends and technologies which will in turn help you create the vision of how Pega has the capability to provide world class, industry leading solutions to solve business issues for the domain in which you are responsible.
  • Think creatively, setting new standards of how prospects view Pega’s capabilities through story telling, innovation and future thinking as portrayed in the demonstrations you are accountable for.
  • Extend your current deep knowledge of the industry to become renowned as a thought leader in the organization for your area of expertise.
  • Forge strong relationships with Product Management and become highly engaged in understanding the existing demonstration landscape and leading the program of work to support future releases
  • Mentor and guide a team in supporting roles with intimate knowledge of the testing, quality assurance, roll-out and support of Pega software
  • Provide enablement to others regarding new technology and identify the business benefits being brought to market, as well as understand the inner workings of the technology itself
  • Use your deep understanding of Pega Platform and Pega Customer Service offerings to close gaps and silos between engagement strategies by considering the full Infinity system and how Pega’s Customer Decision Hub provides intelligence within a unified platform in addition to how Pega solves business problems.
