Grade Level: L2 Location: Islamabad Last date to apply: 25th September 2025 What is Expert DevOps CVM & Contextual Marketing? Own end-to-end development of our marketing technology ecosystem. You’ll build customer facing web interfaces, backend APIs, and platform integrations that power personalized campaigns, data driven decisioning, and marketing automation at scale across web/app and omnichannel touchpoints while upholding security, privacy, and high performance. What does Expert DevOps CVM & Contextual Marketing do? Backend & APIs: Design and maintain REST/GraphQL services; build microservices for high traffic workflows; implement authN/authZ, rate limiting, observability; optimize queries and response times on large datasets. Frontend: Develop responsive React/Angular/Vue dashboards and internal tools; craft intuitive UX for marketers; build visualizations/reporting for campaign and customer insights. Martech Integration & Automation: Integrate CRM, CDP, CMS, analytics, and campaign platforms with internal systems; automate segmentation/targeting/journey orchestration; ensure accurate event capture, consent management, and end-to-end journey tracking. Data & Streaming: Work with data pipelines and streaming/messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ), collaborate on ETL/ELT and schemas that support activation and analytics. DevOps & Delivery: Use Git/GitHub for collaboration; implement CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI); containerize with Docker and deploy to Kubernetes (or similar). Governance & Security: Embed privacy-by-design; ensure GDPR/PDPA compliance and consent; partner with InfoSec; maintain logging, monitoring, and incident processes. What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert DevOps CVM & Contextual Marketing? Bachelor’s in CS/Software Engineering (or related); 3–5 years full-stack experience with exposure to Martech; experience in telecom, digital marketing, or customer engagement is a plus. Backend: Node.js (preferred), Python, or Java, REST/GraphQL , microservices. Frontend: React/Angular/Vue, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3. Data: PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle; NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). DevOps/Cloud: Git; CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI); Docker, Kubernetes; experience on AWS/Azure/GCP. Testing: unit/integration/automation frameworks. Martech (Preferred): Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, HubSpot, Responsys, or Braze; familiarity with CDPs, campaign tools, Google Analytics, Segment, GTM; exposure to Kafka/RabbitMQ.
