You will be leading the productization of insurance claims: from customer journey mapping and claims experience design to automation, analytics, and service excellence. This is a unique opportunity for a curious, purpose-driven professional who wants to make real impact in the digital wealth and protection space. What does Expert Digital Product – Wealth do? Claims Product Ownership: Design, manage, and optimize the end-to-end product journey (from subscription to utilization) through deep user empathy and data analytics. Build digital flows, automation rules, and partner integrations to simplify claims processes. Customer Journey Mapping: Lead journey-mapping workshops to identify friction points and design human-centered, seamless experiences across app, call center, and partner touchpoints. Experience Metrics & Insights: Own key KPIs such as TAT, claim acceptance rate, NPS, and digital claim penetration. Use customer insights and journey data to continuously enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, CX, Engineering, and Partner Operations teams to turn customer feedback into action. Liaise with insurance partners to ensure best-in-class service delivery and compliance. Innovation & Market Intelligence: Benchmark regional insurtech and wealth platforms to identify new experience models and best practices. What are we looking for and what does it require to be an Expert Digital Product – Wealth? · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Computer Science. · 2–4 years of experience in product management, customer experience, or fintech. · Proven analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills. · Familiarity with journey mapping, service design, or product analytics tools (e.g., Miro, Figma, Power BI, GA). · Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English. · A growth mindset, curiosity for technology, and passion for building customer-centric digital products.
