JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced solution design expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process automation and collaboration tools. The main tasks will be to design and implement innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and employee’s collaboration. Supporting customers throughout the duration of a project is also a critical function that the candidate will have to take on. Depending on the complexity of the solution, the candidate will be called upon to work with one or more other technical specialists to develop the solution.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Experience in project management and delivery.
• Experience in managing customer expectations and providing training and assistance of delivered solutions.
• Knowledge of one or more platforms used by the team.
  This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
