YOUR SKILLS

• M.Sc., PhD or similar in the field of Mechanics Engineering with the focus on plastic engineering.
• At least three years of experience in the design of plastic parts.
• Strong language skills in written and spoken business English and German.
• Experienced with problem solving processes.
• Communications skills.
• Readiness to create and follow procedures.

• Functional Lead of the Feasible Design Mechanics team including the numerical plastic mold fill simulation.
• Development and implementation of strategies for the development of optimized plastic parts in alignment with Industrial Engineering and mechanic developers worldwide.
• Implementation and maintenance of a database for the evaluation of feasible tolerance values in cooperation with the global tolerance team.
• Creation of training documents and training of the mechanic team regarding feasibility of plastic parts.
• Continuous improvement of the warpage predictions of the tool fill simulations.
• Continuous improvement of the collaboration with industrial engineering.
