Overview Serve as the senior technical authority for FMV/IMINT exploitation across a broad range of SOF mission sets. Operate at the highest level of analytic independence and leadership, driving team performance, maintaining rigorous product standards, and delivering decisive intelligence support in high-tempo, high-stress operational environments. Lead teams and coordinate across the intelligence enterprise to ensure rapid, high-quality F3EA support. Responsibilities include: Serve as the senior technical authority for FMV/IMINT exploitation and F3EA support across multiple or complex mission sets, with greater breadth and scope than Level 1. Lead and manage intelligence teams; establish priorities, resolve conflicts, and enforce tradecraft and quality standards under compressed timelines. Drive end-to-end quality control across all products and assessments, ensuring mission relevance and analytic consistency in fast-moving operational environments. Deliver expert-level briefings and written assessments directly to SOF customers and senior leadership with minimal oversight. Coordinate across targeting, intelligence, and geospatial systems at a strategic and operational level; serve as a primary advisor on analytic methodology and collection considerations. Maintain deployment and shift readiness worldwide; fulfill all ITC-related expectations and training requirements. Meet 35 WPM typing requirement; participate in skills verification as required. Responsibilities Requirements – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Minimum eight (8) years operational/tactical intelligence experience (targeting, intelligence systems, geospatial systems). Demonstrated experience managing/leading intelligence teams and coordinating high-tempo analytic operations. Minimum eight (8) years hands-on IMINT and/or FMV analysis and production experience within the last ten (10) years. Expert proficiency in FMV/IMINT exploitation supporting SOF missions and F3EA. Proven ability to lead QC, mentor analysts, and deliver decision-quality products under time constraints. Strong written and oral communication skills; confident briefer. Ability to type 35 WPM; Government may test typing during skills verification. Must attend Government-provided ITC training and be prepared for ITC duties and deployment. Willingness to support shift work and short-notice deployment. Required Security Clearance Active TS/SCI required at start; maintain required accesses.
