Description
Overview Provide expert-level, multi-sensor FSG PED and lead quality control for complex analysis supporting SOF and F3EA. Research, document, train, and implement emerging techniques and technologies; develop training aids and mentor non-FSG analysts. Responsibilities include: Conduct and QC advanced multi-sensor PED and imagery-derived MASINT analysis. Lead/shape collection plans; advise customers on sensor/collection application to problem sets. Implement emerging FSG processes/tech to fuse multi-discipline datasets for mission needs. Develop documentation, training materials, and provide instruction to analysts (FSG and non-FSG). Serve as project/mission lead as tasked; maintain deployment/shift readiness. Responsibilities Requirements – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities High school diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum eight (8) years progressive experience performing PED of remotely sensed data including HSI/MSI, Thermal/IR, EO, SAR, and LiDAR. Advanced knowledge of sensor phenomenology and its application to tactical intelligence problems. Demonstrated experience conducting quality control of advanced FSG products and leading analytic workflows. Demonstrated expert capability to build and advise on collection plans against defined problem sets. Experience implementing and/or integrating emerging FSG processes/technologies to fuse multi-discipline datasets. Ability to train/mentor non-FSG and FSG analysts; develop documentation and training aids. Strong written/oral communication and briefing skills; able to act in a lead role. Willingness to support shift work and worldwide deployment, including short/no-notice rotations. Required Security Clearance Active TS/SCI required at start; maintain required accesses.
