Ciklum is looking for an Expert Full Stack Engineer to join our team full-time in India. About the role: As an Expert Full Stack Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Together, we will work on the project focused on building a human-agent collaboration platform that enables safe deployment of agentic AI in high-stakes financial workflows by designing oversight, review, and intervention patterns for enterprise environments. Responsibilities: * Architect the schema-to-UI bridge enabling generic rendering of new business processes without writing new components * Design the component registry pattern mapping field types to library components dynamically * Own the Agent Context display architecture showing what the agent attempted, where it failed, and what input is required from humans * Define patterns for editable reasoning allowing humans to drill into agent logic and overrule specific branches * Architect streaming UI infrastructure enabling real-time agent monologue without performance degradation * Design the state management layer integrating the frontend with Temporal workflow states * Build the Bulk Action Wizard pattern ensuring audit integrity across mass operations * Define the data-fetching architecture decoupling UI widgets from specific API endpoints * Lead technical execution across the Full Stack human-in-the-loop team * Make build-versus-buy decisions for UI frameworks and component libraries * Mentor Senior Engineers on human-in-the-loop interaction design * Drive AI-native development practices to generate atomic widgets and accelerate delivery Requirements: * 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Engineering with strong frontend depth * Expert AI-native development capability * Expert-level React and TypeScript skills * Strong backend proficiency in Go or Python * Deep expertise in at least three of the following areas * Schema-driven UI architecture and metaprogrammed interfaces * Enterprise SaaS UI systems * Human-in-the-loop workflow design * Real-time and streaming frontend architecture * Complex state management for workflow applications * Design systems and component library architecture * Integration with durable execution engines such as Temporal * Experience building UIs for regulated industries such as finance or healthcare * Strong architectural thinking spanning frontend and backend * Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences What`s in it for you? * Strong community: Work alongside top professionals in a friendly, open-door environment * Growth focus: Take on large-scale projects with a global impact and expand your expertise * Tailored learning: Boost your skills with internal events (meetups, conferences, workshops), Udemy access, language courses, and company-paid certifications * Endless opportunities: Explore diverse domains through internal mobility, finding the best fit to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies * Care: We’ve got you covered with company-paid medical insurance, mental health support, and financial & legal consultations About us: At Ciklum, we are always exploring innovations, empowering each other to achieve more, and engineering solutions that matter.
