Job purpose To support all Quality and Training Topics within the Reefer Competence Centre Maintaining and developing further Products like Ocean Secure, Ocean Thermonet , LCL Pharma and others to come Implement and carry out strategies guided by Global Heads of Reefer Competence Centre Principal accountabilities Engage with external stakeholders like carrier, device companies and customer on quality topics Discuss with internal partners on daily tasks such as SOP creation and device setup Regular discussion with certified Thermonet Station (performance review) Support and review of Global Reefer SOP’s and Ocean Thermonet SOP’s Assist the countries and station for any quality related topics Align with Global Lead on important topics like High Value Shipments for temp.
controlled Ocean Freight or insurance Support the development for any new product or solution for temperature controlled cargo Assist to build Training program for temperature controlled cargo Close co-operation & support with the other Team-Members of the Global Reefer Competency Team on the daily tasks, especially working on the shared team-mailbox. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Education – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Experience - more than 5 years experience in logistics with deep knowledge on Reefer Container business on operation and commercial topics Good language skills, English is a must, German, Spanish and other are an advantage Ability to present complex analytical and technical content to various audiences Energetic and success-oriented problem-solver Independent work ethic, integrity and loyalty, positive “can-do”- attitude Passionate team player Location Hamburg RCS Grade K Your benefits We offer excellent employee benefits, a competitive salary package and great development opportunities.
