We are looking for a motivated Process Expert to join our Global OTC (Order-to-Cash) team. How will you contribute to the success of DHL? As a Process Expert Global within OtC, you will play a key role in shaping and harmonizing our Order-to-Cash processes across regions and countries. You’ll be responsible for designing and coordinating global OtC policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and consistency. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll support local teams with expert guidance, manage deviation approvals, and represent Global OtC in cross-functional initiatives. Your focus will be on driving continuous improvement, enhancing process quality, and promoting a customer-centric approach to OtC delivery performance. Main tasks: Document and, coordinate the definition of OTC processes (SOW, GSOP, SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, Policy & Reference Guides) · Coordinate OTC process definition workshop with countries and SSCs. Coordinate the Global Process and System Operating Models & documentation. Coordinate improved operational effectiveness against evolving business requirements, drives process standardization and harmonization. Coordinate business continuity by the definition and, maintenance of business continuity planning in coordination with the network and IT community. Act as deputy to Senior Specialist Process & Policy Design and maintain global OTC controls, ensuring ownership and adherence to compliance in line with audit regulations. Coordinate and manage the process of Business deviation requests submitted by countries. Define and document business requirements, and coordinate delivery with BIT and IT providers (internal / external) Coordinate IT roadmap in line with target business model and, integrated OTC system architecture. Coordinate the implementation of the tools and systems with countries & with the region OTC leads; SSCs. Coordinate the change request process with the regions, ERP teams and BIT. Do you have what it takes? The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Order-to-Cash processes, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivables. You have a proven track record in process design, governance, and policy management, and excel at coordinating complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders. With a customer-centric mindset and sharp problem-solving skills, you thrive in dynamic environments. You’re highly organized, able to multitask effectively, and work independently while contributing to team success. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, especially in international or multicultural settings.
