Job Description •Curate menus with authenticity, innovation, and guest appeal. •Guide the launch of restaurant as a destination dining concept within the resort. •Ensure consistent quality, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. Qualifications •Strong Italian cuisine expertise with authentic and innovative approach •Experience from successful independent social dining restaurants in Thailand, Asia, or Europe. •Passionate hospitality and financial business driver, mentor of local kitchen brigade. •Outgoing personality and enjoy curating experiences directly with guest.
