JOB DESCRIPTION:

We at VIPAS AB are looking for a skilled IT Analyst to join our team and work for our client on an exciting data migration project. If you have strong experience in data analysis, data mapping, and collateral processes, this is a great opportunity for you!
As an IT Analyst, you will play a key role in migrating and integrating data from legacy systems into a new collateral solution. You will be part of a cross-functional agile team, ensuring high-quality data migration and smooth transition processes. Your work will bridge IT and business teams to ensure seamless data verification and business alignment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong understanding of collateral processes and data.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• Experience in Data Mapping and/or Business Process Modelling.
• Background in data migration from legacy systems or data integration.
• Knowledge of ETL processes & data integration tools (e.g., DataStage, Informatica).
• Proficiency in SQL / Database Management, preferably Oracle.
• Ability to write technical documentation and create workflow diagrams.
• Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.

• Work in a cross-functional agile scrum team.
• Prepare data migration within ETL processes.
• Ensure high-quality assurance of migrated data.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data for requirements analysis.
• Document data mapping rules and secure approvals from stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between IT and business teams for alignment and transparency.
• Take a leading or facilitating role in problem-solving situations.
• Support data releases into the new platform.
