We are seeking a highly experienced Performance Management Expert to support our Executive Track evolving and support our growth culture as we embed performance with our executive population. This role will play a critical part in shaping and optimizing the performance management framework for senior leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and leadership expectations, working on inspiring our leaders to be role models for this critical business led imperative.

Responsibilities
  • Post Pilot Program Execution – On-Going Execution : Provide expert support in the design, implementation, and refinement of a performance management pilot tailored for executive leadership.
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to HR, business leaders, and stakeholders on best practices for executive performance evaluation, feedback, and development.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for enhancing existing performance management practices, incorporating data-driven insights and industry benchmarks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders, HR teams, and business units to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure the pilot’s success.
  • Coaching & Facilitation: Provide guidance and training to executives and HR partners on performance management methodologies, including goal setting, competency frameworks, and feedback mechanisms. Ensure we support and hold our leader accountable to role modelling the elements that drive high performance.
  • Metrics & Analysis: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the pilot, providing data-driven recommendations for future improvements.
  • Change Management: Support change adoption efforts by developing communication strategies, training materials, and stakeholder engagement plans.
