Your new adventure
Under the supervision of the IT Cybersecurity Service Manager, you are primarily responsible for cybersecurity operations in connection with the information systems of the BRP infrastructures. You will be responsible for the operational and organizational management of the IT / OT landscape.
Be the cybersecurity single point of contact for the European BRP’s sites in close cooperation with the headquarters in Canada
Monitoring compliance with security policies and procedures and investigating incidents of data breaches and unauthorized access
Recommendation and participation in the implementation of recurring measures in the area of cyber security
Analyzing vulnerability reports, proposing prioritization and remediation actions to be taken using multiple cybersecurity tools
Performing risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities and developing and monitoring the implementation of security plans and mitigation solutions of the company’s IT infrastructure
Providing direct support to the administration team and IT staff on cyber security issues
Overseeing and participating in the management of vulnerabilities and patches
Monitor and manage all cyber security related incidents using the standard incident procedure with the various operational teams
Propose and implement cybersecurity solutions for IT and OT related new activities
Manage BRP’s third parties access to BRP’s infrastructure
Your experiences and skills
Degree in computer science, IT, information systems or a related field of study, or relevant practical experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, whether IT or OT
Experience with cybersecurity products (antimalware, intrusion detection and prevention, encryption programs, web security filtering)
Great analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and technical writing skills
High motivation and autonomy with an eye for detail
Ability to work with administrative and technical team personnel
GSEC, GMON or CISSP certification is an asset as well as additional knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and NIS-2
English fluent, willingness to learn German
