Job Title Expert, Manhattan Active WMS Exp 7-10 yrs Location - Bangalore Hands‑on experience working with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM). Experience on performing configuration across inbound, outbound, and inventory management workflows. Experience in working with MAWM functionalities including: Receiving, Putaway, Inventory Management, Wave Management, Cubing, Loading, and Shipping. Experience in working for support projects. Experience in debugging issues using APIs, Postman. Good to have knowledge on proactive Knowledge on environment setup in postman and collection creation Resolve P1 incidents within the defined SLA and communicate status updates to business stakeholders. Analyse incidents and provide timely workarounds to ensure business continuity. Experience in conducting Fit/Gap analysis, design, system setup, configuration, testing and implementation, documentation & training Collaborate with onsite and offshore functional/technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to work in a structured, collaborative, and time‑bound environment.
