The Expert MN Projects, Inventory and Budgeting is responsible for closely monitoring and taking necessary actions proactively to ensure KPIs including End to End Project Management, Capex & Opex controller, Ordering , Capitalization, Issuance and EBR to support Jazz’s business continuity. The role reports directly to Streamhead MN Projects, Inventory & Budgeting. What does Expert MN Projects, Inventory & Budgeting do? This role involves projects risk & stakeholders management as well as progress update and creating relevant reporting dashboards. Key responsibilities & Deliverables Manage the entire procurement lifecycle from request initiation to order fulfillment. Coordinate with Business Partners, FP & A, Supply Chain, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Monitor and track budget allocations, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits and alignment of budget consumption with FP&A. Warehouse inventory audits and Management in order to ensure the Sock Turnover Ratio of VEON Target. Be the part of weekly meetings with Business Partners to monitor the projects delivery progress. Collaborate with Technical Budgeting, Supply Chain and Internal stakeholders and align the score card for Budget Consumption, Capitalization, Issuance & EBR. Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into financial and operational performance. Jazz is an equal opportunity employer. What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert MN Projects, Inventory and Budgeting? Bachelor’s degree in engineering with master’s in project management, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain is preferred. 7+ years of experience in Access rollout projects management & basic knowledge of Access network , power. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.). Essential skills must have: Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), procurement platforms and processes is mandatory. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of financial processes, controls, and risk management principles. Experience in the telecommunications access network , power or IT industry preferably Cellular Access & Core background. Desirable Skills: Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Finance (CFA, CPA) is a plus. Why Join Jazz?
