Huawei Ohm Research Center (Nuremberg) is responsible for Network Energy Advanced Technology Research, Architecture Evolution Design and Strategic Technology Planning. The Power Conversion Technology Laboratory within the Huawei’s Nuremberg Research Center is responsible for Advanced Digital Power Technology Research, Architecture Evolution Design and Strategic Technology Planning, and plays an important role in the Huawei Digital Power business in the design and development of power converters and control systems for applications such as PV Solar & Battery Energy Storage Field, Data Centers, Electric Vehicle, and Embedded Power Supply. Join us as a Expert of Integrated System for Energy Related Product (m/f/d) Your mission Supporting the R&D team with shared engineering resources in the corresponding projects, in 2D, 3D mechanical design, multi-physics, CFD simulations and PCB design and EMC integration Manage the simulation and design tools for all teams in NRC Planning and support of the dedicated IT hardware environment for simulation and design activities in cooperation with the NRC president, vice-president, lab directors and team leads Built-up and develop the prototyping capabillities for mechanical parts, PCBs and complete converter prototypes considering the local resources and cooperate with local suppliers and develop the support network. Manage the people resources and assign the capacity to the corresponding projects Develop the technical platform capabilities for future needs Your areas of expertise Strong background of explosion protection design and explosion simulation for PV inverter or BESS Good Experience in 2D, 3D mechanical design and knowledge to manage the design tool, including the library data and design rules. Sound Knowledge multi-physics, thermal, CFD, magnetic simulation, EMC & PCB layout design and the corresponding tools. Have mechanical engineering experience related to structure, thermal and manufacturing; theoretical basis of material, mechanics and product design; and electrical knowledge of EMC and PCB layout. Sound Experience in project management and team-building.
